There are 3 velcro straps at the back to easily fasten the wheel covers on most of manual wheelchair wheels.
The 4.7" central hole offers an easy access to the axle and quick-release button.
Wheel covers are sold by pair. A quantity of 1 means you will receive one pair of two wheel covers.

Measure the diameter of your rear wheel inside the push rims (excluding them from the measurement), and going through the center of the wheel.
If you are using push rim covers, we highly recommend taking them off to measure, as their thickness might lead to an inaccurate measurement.
In both examples below, the size is 19 5/8".
