At I-WHEEL, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will offer a refund or exchange, and I-WHEEL will provide a prepaid return shipping label for returning the item.
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Customized products (such as those with personalized designs or non-standard sizes not offered in our permanent collections) cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns for wheel covers are generally not accepted, unless there was an error on our part. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to us at hello@iwheel.us before placing your order.
Return Process
To start a return, please email us at hello@iwheel.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The parcel is the buyer’s responsibility until it reaches us. I-WHEEL may decide to issue a prepaid return shipping label, depending on the situation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you are arranging your own return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
