Hand rim covers are sold by pair.

Add some grip to your push rims for a better hold on your direction, speed, and all those delicate maneuvers. 

Protect your wheelchair (and also your walls and doors!), and roll with style with 7 vibrant colors!

Easy set up and removal from the comfort of your chair, without any tool.  

Push rim covers adapt to most round push rims. The size you need is the same as your rear wheel / tire size. For example, if your wheels are 24", order 24" push rim covers.

The covers are sold by pair. A quantity of 1 means you will receive one pair of two push rim covers.

Like other wheelchair accessories, including backpacks, cushions, or trays to name a few, push rim covers are FSA / HSA / HRA eligible. This being said, it is recommended to check with your provider or administrator to confirm eligibility.

If you have any questions, contact us before ordering, we'll be happy to help! 

Measure the diameter of your rear wheel outside the push rims (including them in the measurement), and going through the center of the wheel. 
If you are already using push rim covers, we highly recommend taking them off to measure, as their thickness might lead to an inaccurate measurement.

The diameter of the wheel shown in the example below is 21", so the size to order is 24".

Push rims

Amazing customer service from I-Wheel! I love my push rims! They make my wheelchairs look new and aid me tremendously with pushing! They do great with airplane travel too.

Great addition for my daughters chair

The hand rim covers are made of a nice and thick, durable rubber and the fitment is perfect. I bought these for my 12 year old daughters chair and she loves the color and how they feel. The only issue I see for my kiddo is she likes to let the hand rim slide in her hand a lot and it could cause of friction heat unless she adapts to them. Otherwise, these are great!

Game Changer!

I ended up buying a very expensive natural fit wheel set because it was too hard for my son to push his chair with the standard wheels on it. I wish I had known about these sooner. He is able to use his chair without even having to use gloves. This product is a game changer for him! Very comfortable and easy to put on.
